  1. My bag is only scheduled for collection in about 2 weeks time.. I'll definitely keep you all posted on how it goes! Thanks again for all your advice.
  2. Thanks for your advice. After scouting around and enquiring, I've decided to send the bag to the shop in Ikano.. they are charging me a whopping RM250, so I hope they will do a good job in removing the stains from my bag. They said they'll "try their best", and I certainly hope so.
  3. I've visited a Leather shop and they tried cleaning it a bit for me but failed. They didn't charge me anything, just told me I would not be able to properly get stains off a monogram bag. Can someone please tell me if what they said is true? Or can professional bag cleaners remove such stains effectively? Is the RM250 price acceptable? Please advise asap as I am out of ideas, thanks.
  4. Dear People, I have a mini 6" Gucci white monogram bag ( similar to pic at http://item.rakuten.co.jp/something/gucci-190400-9069/ ) which has been accidentally stained with some black and dark green dye that came off a canvas bag which I put the Gucci bag into. I have tried cleaning it with soap but it doesn't work. I took it to a shop that cleans Gucci handbags, and they quoted me RM250 to clean it (they said they'll give free polishing as well). This pricing sounds very expensive to me, considering that the bag is so small, and the stains are just at the front and back edges. Can someone please recommend me a trustworthy shop (preferably in PJ) that is reasonably priced, or some techniques that I can try to clean the bag first before sending it for such expensive cleaning? Thank you very much.
