Here are some other quick, simple and easy remedies which you can try anywhere, anytime and as much as you want.

Aloe Vera: aloe-vera is a strong astringent and nature’s moisturizing agent. It can be applied on your skin directly on affected areas and its benefits can be reaped. Its anti-bacterial properties, as well as antiseptic characteristics, is what make it an all-in-one solution for all skin-related problems including dark complexion and hyperpigmentation. Make sure to cleanse your face before applying aloe vera. Do not wash it off, it will continue to act as a protective layer against sunlight while healing the skin underneath.

Potato: potato belongs to one of the easiest homemade skin remedies. It is known as nature’s lightening agent which is capable of eradicating dark scars, patches, and hyperpigmentation caused by prolonged and constant exposure to the sunlight. To use it, just cut the potato in circular slices and massage them on your skin until all the juice has been extracted. When done, lay down somewhere and leave the slices on your face for another 10-15 minutes. You do not need to wash it off as the juices are absorbed by the skin cells.

    Getting the Hollywood Skin

Beautiful, clear and glowing facial skin is something that does not last. Our skin needs persistence and regular programming to preserve its vitality and youthful appearance. Here is the 4-step routine which you should be strictly following if you wish to have the Hollywood skin.

    1. Cleansing

The first step to any facial care regime is cleansing. Cleansing is essential to remove dust particles, pollutants, and grease accumulated on your skin. This can prevent new acne breakouts and help dark spots left by the old ones.To start off, implement cleansing at least 1-2 times a day. You can use any of your favorite lotions or creams for this purpose. Massage the affected skin area in upward circles/strokes to improve blood circulation. Once done, use soft cotton in a gentle patting fashion.

    2. Toning

While some consider this an optional step, it is vital to the 4-step skincare regime to ensure full benefits are being utilized from the process. Toners are very effective at keeping your skin hydrated and preventing oiliness. They promote smoothness of the surface and a vibrant appearance by effectively balancing the skin’s pH level.

    3. Exfoliating

The third step in the skincare regime is exfoliating. It cannot be stressed enough as to how important it is. Exfoliation of skin unclogs pores and evens the skin tone. If you have hyperpigmentation, it is very likely that some parts of your skin are darker, and others are lighter. This is exactly what exfoliation aims to solve. In addition, it can stimulate collagen production and boost blood circulation to heal the skin cells, including unnecessary scars, and prevent common problems such as breakouts.

    4. Moisturizing

Many people think that moisturizing should only be done by those who have dry skin. Or, that moisturizing can make oily skin even more oily. This is a profoundly inaccurate misconception. No matter what your skin type is, moisturizing should be a regular part of your skincare regime. It can help fight acne, act as a sunblock and soothe the texture of your skin, making it much smoother.

  2. Everybody wants to have healthy, glowing skin, and there are a variety of ways to achieve that look naturally. In addition to your daily cosmetic products regime, there are several things that you can do to achieve beautiful skin. The process starts at home, firstly with you and then your habits. You can drastically improve the way your skin looks and feels by following our beauty tips below. All of these are natural and are guaranteed to change your life, for the better.

    Eating Lots of Vegetables

Everybody knows that vegetables are good for us, but not everybody is aware of how good they are for our skin. Vegetables like spinach and romaine lettuce are rich in vitamin E, which is an excellent antioxidant and a powerful eliminator of free radicals.

On the other hand, red, yellow and orange vegetables provide our bodies with vitamin A, which is crucial for cell healing, prevention of breakouts and protecting our immune system.

Though the general principle is to just eat vegetables every day, the best way to consume them is in their raw form. Our body can get all the important nutrients that way and is easily able to absorb them.

    Introducing Fruits In Diet

Fruits are great for your skin, and while the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” is quite popular, it is also true that an apple a day helps the skin fight acne and keeps it clear. Pineapples and papayas are two fruits that exfoliate the skin. You can eat them or you can simply apply them to your face as a mask for 10 minutes to get the benefits from their properties. Another popular fruit is orange. We've all heard how beneficial it is but we have never taken time to regularly eat it, or at least drink its juice. Orange is one of the richest in vitamin C which is crucial in the rejuvenation of skin cells and keeping our complexion clear and beautiful.

Though all fruits are good for your skin in one way or another, it is much more important to stay consistent, even if you eat, say, a single fruit every day.

    Drinking More Water

Drinking water is perhaps one of the best ways to promote healthy, glowing skin. Water cleanses harmful toxins from our body, and toxins are what harm our skin and result in breakouts of acne. Water cleanses your body inside-out and helps prevent wrinkles. If you don’t like to drink too much plain water, try adding lemon to it. Lemon is also good for your skin, so you’ll win either way.

    Reducing Sugar Consumption

We all love sugar, but have we ever realized how damaging it is to us, especially our skin? Let's look at it like this. When you overcook a piece of meat, it turns brown. This natural process is called glycation. When we eat sugar, this very same process is triggered in our bodies but this time, it's the important skin cells that are being damaged and not any piece of meat.

By entering our body, sugars bind with cell tissues to form harmful molecules, called advanced glycation end products (ironically known as AGEs), which damages elastin and collagen — two essential proteins that your skin needs to stay youthful and firm. AGEs also damage the kidneys, brain, and other essential organs.
