  1. If you can find someone willing to perform the surgery, and have enough money, you can practically get anything done. Do you really need it done if your that young? no you don't, it will in no way be beneficial and may have other health effects.
  2. If makeup isn't working and you really feel the need to change your nose, I guess surgery is your only option. But you should try accepting your nose and yourself for who you are first, and really try to do that! But if you can't, then you could consider surgery. Keep in mind it could be hazardous to your health and could turn out bad if you go into the wrong hands though!
  3. 1. 20 minute walk ( NOT RUN ) everyday. walking or tread mill speed less then 3.0 possibly with incline will burn fat do not run. running will do cardio. you want weight loss. 2. park far as you can at work, grocery store, use manual door, useless elevator. ( this alone can shave off 5lbs in a year. 3.Drink water at least 8 cups a day. no more pop. diet soda is worst than regualr soda, aspertane is really really not good for you. 4. when you eat. do not watch tv, talk on the cell phone..etc.. focus waht you are doing, eat! enjoy the flavor. listen to your stomach. when it say i'm full stop5. let the fork down while chowing!! slow down don't inhale food. 6. eat when you are hungry. do not starve your self. REMEMBER #4. 7. Always leave something on your plate. even if it's a bite.

    Toe nails color

    My toe nails have no polish on them I some times wear flip fops in winter sometimes. where I live its warm in winter but some days get cold and I can't wear flip flops. it drops to 6 degrees sometimes In the winter some times though its cool in the 40's and other times its warm like in the 60's.
  10. I always wear nail varnish...even if its clear as this hardens the nail and makes it more difficult to snap My nails grow pretty fast!! ....oh yeah and I wear gloves to wash the dishes as the hot water softens nails and chips nail varnish!!
  11. Pedicure: clean feet, soak, trim nails, file nails, a shortish massage, lotions on feet, nails get painted. Manicure: same as pedicure but for hands. It actually depends on the place you go to some places may add more steps (you can tell by the price) There are also different types of manicures and pedicures that have more extra steps.
  12. Hand Sanitizer works maybe not as well.... If you soak your nails in hot water they can peel off easily if your nail polish peels off easily... Acetone works....

    Important Tips ~ -to make them shiny , buy a clear no color sally hansen nail polish and put the nail polish -don't bite your nails , ever. -cut your nails every 2 weeks -use cutical removers every time you cut your nails -don't cut your nails to short.

They Will Grow Out In About 6 days And The Acrylic Will Move Up Your Nail & You Will Be Able To See Your Bottom Of The Nail This Is Were You Can Go Back To The Beauty Salon Or Acrylic Place You Got Them And Get The Filled Back In Fo Bout £10 Or To Remove Them All You Will Need Is A Bowl Of Hot/Warm Water, NailVarnish Remover And A Towel. What You Do You Fill The Bowl Up With Warm/Hot Water And Tip A Cap Full Of NailVarnish Remover in It Soat Your Hands in The Bowl For About 10mins Then Once You Remove Your Hands They Will Be Easy To Peel Off If Not Soak Tgem For Anufa 5mins Trust Me It Wont Effect You I Do it all the time...
