  1. If you can find someone willing to perform the surgery, and have enough money, you can practically get anything done. Do you really need it done if your that young? no you don't, it will in no way be beneficial and may have other health effects.
  2. If makeup isn't working and you really feel the need to change your nose, I guess surgery is your only option. But you should try accepting your nose and yourself for who you are first, and really try to do that! But if you can't, then you could consider surgery. Keep in mind it could be hazardous to your health and could turn out bad if you go into the wrong hands though!
  3. 1. 20 minute walk ( NOT RUN ) everyday. walking or tread mill speed less then 3.0 possibly with incline will burn fat do not run. running will do cardio. you want weight loss. 2. park far as you can at work, grocery store, use manual door, useless elevator. ( this alone can shave off 5lbs in a year. 3.Drink water at least 8 cups a day. no more pop. diet soda is worst than regualr soda, aspertane is really really not good for you. 4. when you eat. do not watch tv, talk on the cell phone..etc.. focus waht you are doing, eat! enjoy the flavor. listen to your stomach. when it say i'm full stop5. let the fork down while chowing!! slow down don't inhale food. 6. eat when you are hungry. do not starve your self. REMEMBER #4. 7. Always leave something on your plate. even if it's a bite.
  4. Most people get much more salt from processed foods than they do from the salt shaker – so a good first step is to eat most of your foods as close as possible to their natural state. If you buy canned foods – like veggies, tuna or soups – look for reduced sodium versions. Cut back on processed meats which are often loaded with sodium (even the so-called low-sodium versions), and lean towards fresh meats and poultry which naturally contain very little. You can also ‘dilute’ the sodium in convenience foods by adding extra veggies to canned soups or doubling the amount of grains when you prepare something like a packaged seasoned rice mix (and use brown rice when you do….). And find other ways to season foods rather than always relying on salt. Herbs, spices, onions, garlic and citrus add flavor without sodium – and you get a nutrition boost, too.
  5. Yoga as an exercise regimen is good for stress management and as supplementary therapy. I strongly advice on getting proper personal guidance, as it can be dangerous doing it alone without experience.
  6. Bend over or squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of you, just outside of your feet.Jump both feet back so that you're now in plank position.Drop to a push-up -- your chest should touch the floor. You can also drop to your knees here, which makes the impending push-up easier.Push up to return to plank position (this can be a strict push-up, a push-up from the knees or not a push-up at all (i.e., just push yourself up from the ground as you would if you weren't working out) -- your choice).Jump the feet back in toward the hands.Explosively jump into the air, reaching your arms straight overhead.
  7. This is a reduced fat recipe, but you could make it with regular milk, mayo and sour cream. 1 cup fat-free milk 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix 2 tablespoons dill weed 1/8 teaspoon celery seed 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 large cucumber, peeled and sliced 2/3 cup sliced red onion, separated into rings In a small bowl, combine the milk, mayonnaise, sour cream, dressing mix, dill, celery seed and pepper. Stir in the cucumbers and onion. Serve with a slotted spoon.
  8. The best time to take calcium supplements depends on the type of calcium the supplements contain. Calcium supplements typically contain calcium carbonate or calcium citrate. Check the label to see which form the supplement contains. Calcium carbonate should be taken with meals. This is because acid secreted by your stomach enhances absorption of calcium carbonate. Calcium citrate does not need to be taken with meals. It does not matter what time of day you take either form of calcium. Calcium is absorbed most efficiently by the body when it is taken in amounts of 500 milligrams (mg) or less. If you take 1,000 mg of calcium a day, split it in two or more doses over the course of the day. Calcium supplements can impair absorption of some medications, such as iron supplements and certain antibiotics and blood pressure drugs. For this reason, you shouldn't take calcium at the same time as these medications. Consult your doctor or pharmacist regarding any possible interactions between calcium and other medications you take.

    Toe nails color

My toe nails have no polish on them I some times wear flip fops in winter sometimes. where I live its warm in winter but some days get cold and I can't wear flip flops. it drops to 6 degrees sometimes In the winter some times though its cool in the 40's and other times its warm like in the 60's.
  10. I always wear nail varnish...even if its clear as this hardens the nail and makes it more difficult to snap My nails grow pretty fast!! ....oh yeah and I wear gloves to wash the dishes as the hot water softens nails and chips nail varnish!!
  11. Pedicure: clean feet, soak, trim nails, file nails, a shortish massage, lotions on feet, nails get painted. Manicure: same as pedicure but for hands. It actually depends on the place you go to some places may add more steps (you can tell by the price) There are also different types of manicures and pedicures that have more extra steps.
  12. Hand Sanitizer works maybe not as well.... If you soak your nails in hot water they can peel off easily if your nail polish peels off easily... Acetone works....

  15. Oily fish - is good for you and your baby but it can contain environmental pollutants. Have no more than two portions of oily fish a week such as mackerel, sardines and trout so you get all the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids, but also cut the risk from the pollutants. Limit tuna to no more than two tuna steaks a week or four medium-size cans of tuna a week. Avoid shark, swordfish and marlin altogether because of the high levels of mercury in these fish, which could harm your baby's developing nervous system.
