Recently a GNC store opened in eastcoast Mall Kuantan...Just wondering if anyone tried any of the products for weight loss? Hows the price? Is it expensive?

i saw the L-Carnitine from GNC. does it really work?
To thread started, find out what are the ingredients used in the product that you are buying that stimulate fat loss.
Generally most of them contain high caffeine which is the main ingredient to stimulate fat loss. But caffeine based fat loss products will only work if you consume + workout/train/exercise.
However, people who are addicted to caffeine will suffer from reduction in insulin sensitivity, meaning if they consume too much carbs, they will get fat easier than before.
You may try Nescafe kosong or Green Tea as a substitute for caffeine based fat loss pills.
GNC are selling stuffs that are way overpriced.
Try Egonutritions instead, they have wider range of Sports Nutrition compared to GNC and at a cheaper selling price.
Most of their staff are bodybuilders + supplement users as well. Since there is no one sided answer to which is the best supplement(eg vitamin, protein shake etc) , you may ask them for their personal experience on the various type of supplement available that they've used.

I tot its only for muscle building? Last time I have one friend trying to build muscles and he takes it. I also see many people in the gym shaking some kinda chocolate-looking thingy with water and then drinking it.
Assuming they are consuming protein shake, they either consume it as pre-workout or post-workout, its to support muscle growth as proteins are known as our body building block.
And no, they are not for body building ( as what you called muscle building ) only, it can be for general health maintenance.
