Helpdesk Support Consultant
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Servicing all MYOB AD's (Accounting Division) products and services via calls, faxes, e-mails and onsite visits, ensuring customers expectations have been met
Troubleshoot and resolve all product related issues, speedily and accurately
Maintain and issue licenses to clients
Identify and report defects, weaknesses and enhancements to the product development team.
Participate and become actively involved in projects undertaken by the Client Services Department.
Work with the team to identify and implement internal process improvements that lead to better customer service.
Keep informed on software enhancements / procedures.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Working knowledge of MS Office
Understanding of Client/Server Environment including file permissions, mapping network drives etc
Proven critical thinking and analytical skills
Possess good communication skills
Willing to travel and have own transport.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Must be fluent in English and Cantonese (You'll be supporting client around SEA region)
