Im just curious that whether the girls mind their bf shorter than them? And please state out the maximum differences in height between you and your partner that you can tolerate..

sorry ah i' am a boy, but if the boy don't mind the girl should give it a shot. because it need a lot of courage and determination for boys to overcome the fear,anger,the shy the pressure if u 2 get along.

i would say girls will sure say mind lor majoritily. but at the end its not bout others its about u two people, if u feel happy and secure then go with the boy.

My bf is slightly shorter than me. It could be pretty obvious becuz i am tall myself. Sometimes i wish i was shorter or he was taller but deep inside i dont mind at all, simply becuz love that matters.

My bf is also has equal height with me. Sometimes I will mind and wish to ask him grow taller.. But actually instead of asking him to become taller, I prefer to become shorter. I'm not to say very very mind, but my mum did..

Frankly speaking...for me, I do mind.
But the thing is I realize many of us (including myself) are accustomed to our less-open community views...
I used to laugh at ppl who date younger guys/whose bfs are shorter and etc (and I still do)
However, few years ago I settled down with someone slightly younger than me..and I never knew what happened haha.
But he;s so nice so I count myself lucky. So now, i try my best not to be narrow minded and skeptical about ppl's choice..

yea, a lot of girls mind about bf being shorter or younger. They somehow feel insecure if their bf are shorter.

my ex bf,who is my first bf has equal height with me.when i put on my heels,obviously i was taller.
the case is that i'm not so tall.but also not too short.i got medium height.so, my ex was considered as short for a guy.
at first, i don't really care because we were first dating when we were 16.that's 5 years ago and we usually met at school.
but as i'm getting older, i get more mature and starting to be fashion concious.
When we were dating like at the mall, i don't feel right.his height really bothers me.
after dating for 3 years, i ask for a break off for some reasons..and 1 of it is because the height issue.
i told him all the reasons of breaking up except the height issue.
i pity him tho.and it's like so evil to say "i'm breaking up with you because you are short"

most guys i know are about my height, so i will definately be taller than them when i wear high heels. almost all of them commented that i'm tall

then i used to dated a guy who is much shorter than i am. so far he is the only guy i know who said that he likes tall girls and will tell me to wear heels when we go out . about the feeling of security, i do feel secure when going out with him.

I used to tell myself that I will only get a guy who is taller than me. During a certain period, I dated guys who are shorter than me (I'm a considered tall among the average Asians, about 170+ cm and it gets really difficult when MALAYSIAN guys are all so short!) I really had a heat for one of the guys I dated and I kept telling myself that height doesn't matter as long as I love him. We dated for a few months and every time he took me out on a date, I lose the chance to wear heels and I've been wearing flip flops and sneakers. I thought that it doesn't matter what people said, but I actually mind when I bumped into a few of my friends and just introduced him as a normal friend. It became really difficult because I was always so conscious about it. And sometimes, I even feel embarrassed when I bump into his friends! So, looks like love wasn't everything and I brought our meetings to a halt because of the peer pressure that I got from the environment. It looked really weird especially when we're holding hands and all that. I felt like I was bringing my little brother out!

Okay.. I wouldn't want my gf to be taller than me. Coz' I'm already 180cm. If the girl is taller than me, she'll too tall for asian standards.

I guess most girls can accept boys shorter than them. But they will definitely prefer their bf to be taller than them.

Ironic thing is.. I tend to see alot of tall girls with short bfs... and guys like me, have problem searching for a tall gf...ahahaha
My exs, the tallest is 165cm. Most of them are in the region of 155cm. So, Ryan.. worry not, there's alot of them out there. U just got to look...

For me, I would like to have a girlfriend about the height of 175cm, coz' I'm large too. That would be ideal. The thing is, girls of this height is very rare in Malaysia.

Well.. the sense of security thing.. its... a very psychological thing. U see... if a 180cm guy.. tall and big.. fight with a small little guy.. who will normally win? (unless that small guy's name is Jackie Chan).

ryan - LOL... I am very clumsy so hardly wear really high heels.. sure fall nya.. My highest heels if I wear, just nicely almost reach above my BF ears.. so just nicelah.. Actually I think most of my BF exs were a lot taller than me... I am the shortest out of all the girls he dated... but I think he like the fact that I am 'kecik'... don't know lah about you...

conclusion - get a short small clumsy girlfren... who cannot walk in high heels
