We are young, fun and energetic group to work with (We work hard and we play hard too). We are expanding and we are looking for 2 positions as below..





EVENTS COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:
* Support Project Manager with day-to-day event coordination including the planning, organizing and controlling of all aspects of events activities.
* Provide on-site event support for registrations, setup and other related assignments.
* Research and follow event trends and happenings in the event management industry and provide value added participation and other related ideas.

Requirements:
* Able to work during Weekends when is necessary.
* At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English).
* A team player with strong work ethic.
* Positive thinking and results oriented.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
* Strong attention to details.
* Must have own transportation
* Able to work till late at night.


ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for providing fundamental administrative support to members
* Perform reception duties
* Receive and sort incoming mails/documents
* To arrange for outgoing mails and documents
* Ensure the office area is well kept
* Update data and maintain database
* Assist day-to-day operations including e.g. documentation-check, data-entry.


Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
* 1-2 yr(s) experience in admin/clerical task
* Must have good telephone etiquette & presentable.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Ability to converse in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage.
* Proficient in MS Office applications, ie Microsoft Word & Excel.
* FRESH GRADUATE is encourage to apply
