I think you should expand some more on what a telemarketer does & since you're looking for graduates, what positive career prospects would UOB offer as part of the package that would be attactive to a graduate. What would a graduate find interesting or rewarding doing this job? - $1.5k/month is very little money as an overseas graduate would be spending more than that in a week - although their parents are paying...
