Customer Service Executive
Basic RM 2,200 + allowance

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound telephone calls, facsimile and email from customers
• Providing information regarding general and product inquiries
• Understanding customers' needs, identify issues and provide solutions


Requirements

• Possess a Degree, Diploma or SPM
• Diploma & SPM holder preferably with call center customer service experience
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Able to speak/write fluently in BM and English
• Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Must be willing to work on shift
• Must be willing to work at Shah Alam
