* We will reply you email to confirm your order stock availability as soon as possible.

* Once comfirm, kindly proceed with the payment, orders will be cancelled if payment failed to receive in within 3days.

* All items are Fixed price, not to negotiate.

* All postage charges to be born by buyer.

- Additional RM1.00 per piece

* Payment- Preferably thru Online Transfer/CASH Deposit to – MAYBANK/PUBLIC BANK.

* Once item(s) is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation will not refund. There is no exchange, no return due to such reasons as dislike the color; color differences;not as attractive as expected; size too big or too small.

* There may be a slightly difference in the actual piece due to lightings during photography,
editing of the pictures and the models' figure, 90% similarity.

* When the pre-ordered item arrive, we'll send the parcel to you within 3 working days.

* We are not held any responsible for any loss/damaged of the items during the delivery of the item(s).
