Venue: Baze Club, Renaissance Hotel KL
Date: 29th September, Saturday
Time: 7pm-11pm closed door session and party till late after that!

Entry will be on following basis:

Purchase of bottle:-

1. RM250 /bottle, admits 10 person and 1 table reservation.
   Special promo until 31st August !
2. RM260/bottle, admits 10 person and 1 table reservation.
   From 1st Sept till 28th Sept.
3. RM260/bottle, admits 5 person and table reservation is first come first serve basis
   During event night itself on the door sale basis.

Ticket entry:-
RM30 for pre-sale tix, comes with 2 house pour, admits 1 person only.
RM40 for event-night door sale, comes with 2 house pour, admits 1 person only.

CUTOFF TIME FOR PRE-SALE is 7:00pm local time (GMT +8hrs), Friday 28^th Sept 2007
meaning door-sale rate applies for any payments rcvd after 7:00pm 28th Sept 2007
in other words, bookings and reservations made here and listed here not paid up by 7:00pm 28th Sept 2007 will not be counted as pre-sale
This topic exists for a month prior to cutoff date, and i believe there is ample time to make payment.

btw, you didn't state how you're gonna pass the buyers their tickets if they pay you in advance.
will there be a counter there on that day? will the tickets be courier-ed to the buyers?

All Pre-sale tickets / bottles purchase will be on Guest List which will be used to determine entry into the venue on the day.
A name list of all paid tickets/bottles will be posted here, so no worries if you've paid and if your status is not updated here within 48hrs, CALL me
Guest List will have name, myb nickname, unique ticket serial number. If we do not know the person by face, all info must be provided to gain entry.

There will be a registration counter for validation of guest list and ticket/bottle purchase for door-sale.

Tickets will NOT be couriered to the buyers... we don't have the budget for that. In any case, it will NOT be done, I don't want any dispute or claims that tickets are not received. You will get a confirmation PM/SMS/Email as proof of payment, plus your payment status will be posted here.

CLARIFICATION:

1.purchasing is strictly cash basis

2. you can buy the bottle first and inform us who coming's with you later, but all names must be given before 28th september! less than 10person on ur list fine but cannot be more than 10 person.

3.we have a sales quota to hit so help us out by purchasing bottles!!

4.party is open to public but we wan to know who's coming/purchasing bottle so pls provide us the names.

5. entry will be based on the names provided, so pls provide the ppl attending under ur table ASAP.

it's been stated clearly, all guest names must reach us LATEST BY 28th SEPT. You have ample amount of time to inform us and i believe u saw the details even earlier already so i dun see anything tat's delaying u.
