there's alot of other stuffs that may create bloatness and wind...

but go check up on H.Pylori bacteria. i think its quite common and it creates all these problems.
my doc found out about it after a scope test. then they will give u some sort of antibiotics to kill it and it'll be better after that.

eat less? didn't take enough food will cause bloating too.especially chew too much gum. butterfly is right, try eno ginger flavor few times a day, it really helps! bcoz i tried it myself. try to eat consistently and don't skip meals.

sissonne, how long do you need to take to kill the H.Pylori bacteria ? My friend told me that the antibiotics is very expensive. I have stomach bloated problem too and my friend advised me to do a blood checkup at Pathlab.

try the following after meals:
1. Yogurt
2. disflatyl simethicone

But if urs is cause by bacterial imbalances, usually yogurt helps.

my doctor told me that antibiotic is not good if you're taking them for long term. it kills every bacterial includes both good and bad one.

I was having similiar problems too. I took gastro-ease, consisting traditional natural herbs. it's very efficient, would like to recommend it. Since it's made up of herbs, you can take it for long term. In a long run, can even improve your digestion system. smile.gif

Hey, gals! Yeah. I used to always have the problem of having wind in my stomach, so uncomfortable. But i normally just take this black tablet, i think its called charcoal. It relieves the discomfort very quickly. N its recommended by my doctor.

i took both charcoal and disflatyl before...(separate occasions). heard from doc that charcoal is not so specific for stomach wind, but disflatyl (or anything with simethicone as an ingredient) can be used better for wind..personally, i find both meds almost similar!

read that one should eat slowly, chew slowly before swallowing our food to reduce extra intake of air!
anyway, now i have resorted to age-old remedy..i bought ginger from the market, chopped them up, and boiled them with some brown sugar... then drink them and find that it helps in removing wind from the stomach! try it...only thing you need to watch out for is, don't boil the ginger far too long (about 30-40 mins will do) becos too long, it might become too heaty for the body.. smile.gif
